I made mistake on my shipping address, what do I do?
• Email us at hello@shoplovetk.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes. Orders with an invalid address will get sent back to us—If this happens, please let us know and send us your correct shipping address and we will do our very best to get your order shipped to you.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
• Email us at hello@shoplovetk.com with your full name and order number and we will send you your order/shipping confirmation.
It says my package was delivered, but I have not received it, what do I do?
• If you received your delivery confirmation email from us, but you haven’t received your package, we recommend waiting 1-2 business days after receiving the email. USPS sometimes prematurely marks packages as delivered.
Where are you located?
• We are located in St. Paul, Minnesota
Do you do local pickups?
• We do not do pickups for various reasons. Orders will have to be shipped.
